Backup QB is a downgrade from Malik but still better than meh and could probably get the job done over a 5 game stretch with some adjustments from the normal game plan? That's better than most teams get and we should be very happy with this.

Best receiving corps in the North? Ok I'll give the Viqueens this based on Justin Jefferson's already accomplished better than Christian Watson's projected ceiling which he hasn't yet achieved across 17 games in one season. But PFF credits him with averaging one drop over the last two seasons; if true he's pretty darn good and I think our #0 11 & 85 at least hold their own with the other 3 in MN.

I'm not ready to cede Lions #2. Neither do I buy that our QB is worse. Give us the protection Detroit had and I think Detroit's edge here is gone.

For the money and what Taylor is at this point in his career, he is a solid 1 year pickup for GB. He shouldn't cost us any games unless he has turnovers as he has had in his career.

McCord is the gem of the backups for the potential he has. Unlike most college QBs he doesn't hold the ball to long, he can make quick decisions and is an accurate passer. His senior year would have had him in the running for the Heisman in 2025. I hope we hang onto him and develop his talent.
