Maybe in the NFC North, but the Cowboys are the most hated in the NFC. Maybe the Patriots were the most hated during their playoff runs.

🙄 title Aaron. They don't hate us. We had earned their respect because we had a couple of HoF QBs that were leaders of men. Men follow strength & courage--traits the current regime lacks top down [Pres/GM/Coach/QB].

The Eagles are widely loathed, as are the Cowboys, Chiefs, and Pats. Maybe the Packers make the list after those teams. I dunno.

Congratulations PA. You've just published the most ridiculously fallacious headline ever. I sincerely hope your fever dream isn't fatal. I didn't read the article, if there even is one.

Not even close. A few years ago I took the trip out to LA to see the Rams vs Packers. The LA Coliseum was full of Packers fans. Walking through the tunnel after they lost a Rams fan approached me and said my God there are so many Packer jerseys here I feel like I’m in the Godda— Packer lockerroom. He told me the only teams that come close are the Steelers and Cowboys. He said but unlike the Packers he hates the blankety blank Cowboys. Pretty much what I’ve seen on the East Coast as well. Lots of respect for the Packers but everyone hates the Cowboys.

I’m in agreement NY. Every Packer away game I’ve ever attended, there were a phalanx of packer fans. You cannot walk thru any store, airport, restaurant, or otherwise without noticing a Packer t-shirt, jersey, or sweatshirt.
Ex players consistently mention Lambeau as the most enjoyable location to play— because of the fans.
Most hated —HA, not a chance.

Based on my experience over the decades the Cowboys have consistently been the most hated team. I'm not sure how or why this phantom story line developed.
Thanks, Since '61

There's plenty of other legitimate stories to publish than this inane headline.

Outside of Chi. and Minn. it's been my experience with NFL fans across the Country that they respect the Packers, albeit with a hint of good natured jealousy.

I see this as the biggest non story i've ever had the pleasure of not wasting my time on.

I can't wait for week 1.
In the meantime, there are a lot of beautiful golf courses in Wi. and plenty of ice cold beer 😊

Take an extra pair of socks, just in case you get a hole in one. ;)

I think the Packers have the most fans and our fans travel well. This makes the home team fans get pissy attitudes towards the Pack but secretly they are jealous.

I’ve seen quite a few Packers Away Games (More than Home Games although I’m getting close to having season tickets so hopefully that will change soon). The opposing fans are usually nice but eventually get annoyed when the Go Pack Go chants take over and their team is losing.

Other fan bases that travel well are CowGirls, Steelers, Patsies and SeaChickens although Seattle’s fan base just started showing up less than 15 years ago.

Multiple Family members in AZ said when KC played PHL in their first SB they went to Fan Fest and within an hour they decided to root for KC due to the Eagle fans being awful.

The Hatred of the Chiefs went from divisional to national with their dynasty and the addition of all the Swifties. I think they may be the most hated.

I'm a Bears fan, and even I think it's unlikely the Packers qualify for being in the top-5 of 'most hated teams.'

I think a big part of any 'hate' or annoyance cheeseheads may feel from other fanbases is simply that the arrogance of Packer fans isn't really justified given the results.

I lived in the SF Bay Area during peak 49er dominance. Some of the '9er fanbase was insufferable. But, I got it...the 49ers were on their way to winning 5 superbowls in that timeframe, with many comebacks and dominating post-season games. The arrogance was based on results.

The Packers, on the other hand, have 1 superbowl victory in 29 years. Not the stuff of legends.

Now, if you want to talk about just the NFCN, then I'd agree it's likely most Vikings, Bears and Lions fans view the Packers as the biggest rival, given the Packer's regular-season dominance of the division over big chunks of the last 35 years. But that rivalry isn't shared outside the division.
