According to OverTheCap, the team can save around $19 million in cap space if he is cut. Yes there is a large dead cap hit, but they currently have no cap space without making some moves.

We all love D. Bakh but his contract or at least the value received for it (as it was signed before his knee was torn apart and kicked in after that) has got to be one of the worst values in history. Basically a few snaps for $50-60 million? Cut him and creating $19 million seems like a good start.

You have it backwards Corry…. you need a Nose in a 3-4. All of our DL are too small for a 3-4. A 4-3 All 4 of your DL are huge and move fast. A 4-3 stops a running game, wildcat etc much better than a 3-4…without tight ends going crazy in the middle of the field where the 3-4 is vulnerable .
