The chances of those two picks he just gave up (not to mention the third rounder as well) becoming good to very good players is a hell of a lot higher than the chances of Jay Cutler leading an offensivly challenged Bears team to the Super Bowl.
Cutler has not shown the ability to manage a game and as funny as it seems that you would decry a guy who is a prototypical guy at the position physically for not being a "game manager", it's exactly that deficiency in his game that is keeping him from becoming a great quarterback.
The Packers were a completely different defense without Micah Parsons last year. If that unit can come together early on, it will allow Parsons to make sure that he will not be rushed back to the field.
