Man Convicted of Breaking Into Noah Herron's Home Sentenced

Yeshua Tate, a 33-year old Wisconsin man who was convicted of breaking into the home of former Green Bay Packers running back Noah Herron in 2008, was sentenced to four years in prison on Tuesday, the Associated Press reports.

Tate was also sentenced to 15 years of extended supervision.

Herron, who is currently with the Hartford Colonials of the United Football League, thwarted the burglary by hitting one of the three men who broke into his suburban Green Bay home with a bedpost.
