Dolphins Interested in Harvey Unga

Mike Berardino of the Sun-Sentinel reports the Miami Dolphins are one of 20+ NFL teams that have expressed an interest in BYU running back Harvey Unga, who will be available in the NFL's Supplemental Draft on July 15.
Unga, who is BYU's all-time leading rusher, voluntarily withdrew from the university after violating the school's honor code.
In three seasons with the Cougars, the 6-0, 237-pound Unga ran for 3,455 yards and 36 touchdowns, while adding 102 receptions for 1,085 yards and 9 touchdowns as a receiver out of the backfield. Unga was Mountain West Conference Freshman of the Year in 2006 after setting the conference's freshman rushing record, as well shattering the conference's all-purpose yardage record with 1,840 yards.
Unga was second-team All-Mountain West after his sophomore season, and first-team All-MWC after last season.
In addition to Miami, power-running teams such as Pittsburgh, Oakland, New Orleans, Kansas City, and St. Louis are expected to have some interest in Unga, who will hold a pro day on BYU's campus on July 8. Selecting Unga, who had considered leaving school early to enter the 2010 NFL Draft, in the supplemental draft could cost a team as much as a third-round pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.
