Delmas Surgery Rumors Described As "Inaccurate"

Earlier this morning, Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com reported that Detroit Lions safety Louis Delmas' groin injury has drummed up enough concern within the facility that some wonder if Delmas would be best-served to have season-ending surgery.

A source close to the Delmas situation tells Tom Kowalski of MLive.com that the rumors regarding Delmas are "inaccurate".

Lions head coach Jim Schwartz is expected to speak to the media after this morning's practice. Delmas is the leader in the secondary, so expect this issue to be addressed at that time.
