Dallas Cowboys linebacker Keith Brooking underwent arthroscopic knee surgery recently, Todd Archer of the Dallas Morning News reports.

Brooking, 34, had surgery on his left knee, and likely won't be ready to participate in the 14 OTA sessions or three-day mini-camp the Cowboys have scheduled this off-season.

Archer adds that Brooking, who posted 106 tackles, including 7 for a loss, 3 quarterback sacks and 7 passes defensed in his first season with the Cowboys, is expected to be ready for training camp.
