In addition to signing wide receiver Kenneth Moore, the Indianapolis Colts announced the signing of free agent safety Aaron Francisco and elevation of practice squad safety Mike Newton to the active roster.

To make room for the new additions, rookie defensive tackle Mitch King was waived and safety Melvin Bullitt and running back/kick returner Devin Moore was placed on injured reserve.

Rookie wide receiver Alric Arnett was released from the practice squad.
