The San Francisco 49ers announced that they have placed running back Frank Gore and wide receiver Dominique Zeigler on injured reserve.

Gore suffered a fractured right hip and Zeigler tore the ACL in his left knee during Monday night's 27-6 win over the Arizona Cardinals.

To fill their spots on the 53-man roster, the 49ers have signed running back Deshawn Wynn and safety Chris Maragos off the practice squad.
