San Francisco 49ers nose tackle Aubrayo Franklin signed his one-year tender, the team announced on Saturday.

Franklin, who turned 30 on Friday, will earn a $7.003 million base salary in 2010.

A fifth-round pick in the 2003 NFL Draft out of Tennessee by the Baltimore Ravens, Franklin signed with the 49ers as a free agent before the 2007 season. Since joining the 49ers, Franklin (6-1, 334) has started 44 of 46 games, totaling 108 tackles, 3 quarterback sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and an interception.

Franklin will not suit up for tonight's pre-season game against the Oakland Raiders.
