Dang I miss actual articles from Nags. Got anything for those of us who can’t handle watching videos?

Good: Fast start by offense, defensive intensity throughout.
Bad: Run blocking in first half
Ugly: injuries to Tom and Banks

First game I get it but I think there were 4 possessions in a row 3 and out, Love also never threw across the middle or any slants on short yardage , was it MLF or Love?

The Packers hung 27 on a very good DET defense.
Maybe not throwing across the middle or slants on short yardage was an intentional element of the game plan. Seems to me the Lions have elite safety play. Just sayin'.

Good - Packers team. What a pleasure to say how balanced they were today and no one HAVING to stand out. So I'm going to give this to MLF on getting the team ready!
Bad - A pleasure to nit-pick to find something - The 3 runs and out in Q3; the next 3 and out after a long pass on 3rd - take what they give and get the first and put them away. I think it was to Dobbs and he was not open.
Is that on Love for not going to next read?
Ugly - that could only leave - the Lions - who must have been a bit shell shocked on not being able score.
Let's not get carried away - yet!

the good: MLF having the entire team ready to play, something we have never seen until about half way through the season
the bad: not much but it has to be Love missing a couple of easy throws and then trying his best on two consecutive plays to throw interceptions. but otherwise even he played a mostly solidygame
the ugly: nothing on the Pack, but the Lions no doubt would have a lot to fill in here.

Good: Saw my first game at Lambeau Field and fell in love with a great football venue. That stadium is a spectacular place to watch a football game.
Better: The Packer defense out hit, out hustled and out played the Lions offense.
Best: The Packers won going away:
Slight detraction: There were too many fans in Lion's blue in the stadium. Really surprised at how many tickets the Lion's fans were able to get and shame on the Packer fans that sold those tickets.

Part of the "problem" is season tickets can be passed down from parents to children, and often, season tickets have been in the family for generations. Many people who find themselves inheriting season tickets would not be able to afford them if they didn't sell off x number of games to the highest bidder, and nobody wants to lose the season tickets that have been in the family since great great grandpappy.. and visiting teams' fans often are willing to pay to most.
It sucks but it is what it is. I would love to tell those season ticket holders to only sell to Packers fans, but then, I understand their plight and who wants to be remembered as the asshat who lost the family's season tickets?

If the Packers go back to dominating Detroit at Lambeau again those Lions' fan numbers will go down to what they used to be.

Aaron, there also should have been an unsportsmanship penalty on St Brown on the lone Lion's TD drive when he threw the open hand punch in the face of the Packer defender after a sideline catch. Even the announcers noted St Brown's action on the replay, but no penalty.

Ugly: Some of those ultra-conservative third-and-short play calls by LaFleur.

That’s because they didn’t work. If they did, we’d be praising their “physicality” or the “commitment to the running game.” Running on third and one is not a stupid thing to do.

Not complaining but it would have been a little sweeter had the Packers kept them out of the end zone completely and broken 30 on them.

Good::
++Home opener & divisional game win.
++Jeff Hafley had the boys on D dialed in and gassed up
++A painful blow to a long rival team, fun to watch.
++Pursuit Pursuit and more Pursuit, the defense was 2 feet and off the seat on the gas pedal and It was wonderful to watch.
++4 huge sacks on Goff and the biggest was Parson's 1st sack as a Packer !
Bad:
Hmmm.... Tapping fingers on keyboard.... Oh,
++there seems to be a transition area on D between linebackers and the backfield that was soft in coverage. This is where Goff was making his strikes. Tighten this up because other teams will sniff this out in the tapes.
The Ugly:
++22 yards in the 2nd half Mr Love? Really Mr LaFleur?
++The interception that was called back almost made me York the earlier plate of chicken wings, still sighing relief that it was overturned.
++Way too much blue in our green and gold stadium.
C'mon Homers, stop selling those tickets, you didn't wait in line for them for 20 years to give your tickets to the enemy !

Good: Special teams. Kickoff and punts were excellent.
Bad: “only” 4 sacks.
Ugly: Lions color rush uni’s.

Really dominating win. There was an aura about this game that I haven’t seen quite frankly in years. Parsons effect? Possibly. Or perhaps the evolution of all 3 phases of the game. Here you go.
Good-D-Line. Perhaps addition by subtraction (Kenny Clark). The pressure and domination was evident.
Bad-Injuries to Tom & Banks. Hope is never a strategy but sincerely hope both of them aren’t out for too long.
Ugly-Post game presser by Dan Campbell. Dude. Your team got punked. Worked. Owned. Stop making excuses. Scoreboard buddy.
Oh yea…Go Pack Go! 👍🏈

The Good - the entire defense. They were flying around the ball and creating pressure on Goff. But that pass rush will have to be more disciplined against Daniel's on Thursday night.
The Bad - Play calling in the 3rd qtr. Why change from what worked in the first half? Shanahan and Ben Johnson would continue with the same attack until u stop them.
The Ugly - Banks and Tom injuries. I sure hope that our Oline depth can withstand this possible challenge?
Can't wait for Thursday night!
