The best part of today was that for the first time in several weeks it felt like they made some progress for the future. Still way too many penalties and unforced errors. The next four weeks will be tough sledding. Tough to convince players that something good is happening when you lose every week. The Packers are going to take some lumps coming up so this week against a bad Rams team was important.

That's kind of how I feel. Progress with some of the new guys previously nailed to the bench is exactly what I wanted to see. Lumps are ok, experience gained.
