A pretty searing indictment of coaching incompetence in terms of inability to identify talent and the best ways to exploit what we had on the roster, particularly on offense. Staggering that we just extended a Head Coach who oversaw this.

I will always be a Packer fan. I am not as excited or hopeful for the upcoming season as I usually am. Now, it could be just the fact I am getting older or just my personality...but, I have lost confidence in the Coaching AND for the first time admitting, either Gute misses on most early draft picks OR the development of players isn't there. Or, players aren't carrying over into games what is being taught to them. I was discouraged when I learned Coach LaF, and to a lesser extent Gute were given extentions after the last 5 games during last season. I have lost confidence in the group being tasked to have the ability to course correct. I think we have seen the high water mark of Coach LaF (and possibly Gute). The good was good and the bad, well bad. Maybe Gute and Coach LaF aren't a good match together? I dont know but so far, not fired up about Mr. Policy either. This is just my rambling thoughts...
