The hyper fixation on our own guys being cut is a pin drop in a sea of pins... AGREE!!!
I'm guilty of this much like many fans, and I'm trying to find a good 12 step program to help me overcome this lifelong affliction. And... I tell myself this every year, to no avail.
The Brewers are DEFINITELY on FIRE!!! What a great game last night, and the night before. Tonight's will be special if they can pull this into the W column. Love to see them flourishing. Both the bats and the pitching has been insanely good.
Seems Jones, Dillon & Hill could be the best RB room we've had going back to the Lombardi & Holmgren years.
"Herman don't want that smoke!" For reals. That's a Punt, Pass & Kick I'd pay to see.
Good point on ease of promoting CB off PS. That will likely come into play this year, hopefully not. I do like the Davante Adams comparison of Stokes to Shields. We'll have to hope that plays out for us this year! Would be insanely cool - because Sam Shields completely rocked.
"This is your team." Keeping those players they've developed makes sense on many levels. I'm most interested in how Lowry/Lancaster show this year under new DC Joe Barry. Same with Summers & Burks...

Nags- Can you post a picture of Z? I forgot what he looks like. Seriously, hope he is ok and the Packers medical staff are being smart with him, and it's not going to be a long-term issue. We need Z at his QB hassling best! GPG!

Play the game in San Antonio. We have an available stadium and ample hotel rooms. It was used following Hurricane Katrina…..the Saints practiced and played here.
Greengold….in 2003, we had Green, Davenport and Fisher. That’s probably the closest comparisons to the current group of RBs. We set the franchise record for rushing that year.

NFL said it has to be played in an NFL stadium. I didn’t read anything about the reasoning behind it. Seems they could be a little more flexible in the case of a natural disaster.
