The premise of this post is wrong (for a Packers site). Two of the four guys mentioned, Horn and Surtain aren't really relevant to the Packers at all, probably out of their reach even with a modest trade up.

More relevant are Stokes and Joseph. Farley (not mentioned above) I'd pass on, due to long-term injury concerns. I'd add some relevant names like Newsome II, Asante Samuel, Elijah Molden, Trill Williams and my favourite later pick, Tay Gowan.

Newsome, athletic, heady, may go a pick or two before the Packers pick at #29.

Samuel, son of a pro-bowl CB, a great man-coverage CB. Can play outside despite being only 5'10" (Rd 2 somewhere)

Molden, another 5'10" dude, another with a famous father. Average speed, but plays with attitude and great fast-processor of what is happening on the field. In 4 seasons, 873 coverage snaps, 157 targets, 2 TDs allowed with 5 INTs. (late Rd2)

Williams, (6'2", 198) versatile CB/S, very athletic, physical, needs some mental work. Great build at 6'2", 198, 4.34 40, and 40" vertical jump. (late Rd 3/early 4)

Gowan, very under-rated due to not playing in 2020 (covid). You have to judge him on very few reps, but he has real talent and could be a steal, later (Rd 4 onwards)

Good comments Turo. I'd add Ifeatu Melifonwu to your list, because with King resigned, a "rough diamond" like Melifonwu seems like the type Gute would go for. I'd also add Jevon Holland, who is a lot like Darnell Savage; he's a safety, but he could also be very effective at corner, especially in the slot. Trevon Moehrig could play the slot as well, but I think Holland could even cover outside in a pinch.

I'll take Marco Wilson. He's going to be a steal.

.............and what is missing here ? How a guy actually plays on the field. That ranks as '0' (ie before 1).
