Plan? Plan???????? Comon he did this to piss off Rodgers. First, Love wasnt even rated for round two let alone give up a pick to grab him in the first. So this was done to get Rodgers to think about wanting out and getting rid of his pay and moving on earlier then Rodgers probably would have wanted.
Second if Gutt the genious as I call him knew so much, why did he take Gary at 15 when Gary was a round two or early round three prediction. Ya he is okay but he aint J J Watt.
Why did he pick Stokes. Ya 6'3 and speed but the brain of a chia pet.
Why Wyatt? He wasnt even one of the better players at Georgia and again is alright but could have been a nice round two pick for everyone else.
Now Watson? Please. Where does he find these cripples. His size and speed mean nothing he if came with a baggage of games missed due to the same injury over and over.
No this team suffers dearly because of Gutt not paying attention to injury proneness and picking poorly.
There is a tremendous amoung of talent Gutt left on the table that are lighting it up for other teams.

I guess the Viking board is over for the year. No QB, you're going to lose your D-coordinator, Jefferson about to take up most of your cap space. Sad to be a Viking fan.
Oh well. If you want a blueprint for continued success just look over the state line and focus on Green Bay, draft, develop, and win consistently. It must suck to be a Viking fan. Besides a history of failure, an empty trophy case, and a bird killing stadium, your entire fan base blows goats.
