All I want for christmas is WR Charlie Jones TE Darnell Washington a DL and an OL…if there’s an RB there as a bonus I’ll take that too.

I agree with all that and have little to add:

1) toughness. I've read that the personality of the HC becomes the personality of the team. Losses to SF since MLF's arrival (and maybe before?) happened in the weight room. Further, we need a Coach Lambeau: "what the hell's going on out there? Everybody's grabbing, nobody's tackling." Identity needs to be The Punisher. Watch Jalen Ramsey tackle, he's not a big guy.

2) I can't speak to what happens in terms of what play is run, MLF's offense vs AR12 controlling it. We've got 2 O linemen at 6'9" who've not played a down. On 3rd and short bring them in at guard, give the rock to Quadzilla instead of ending the drive with a 30 yard pass attempt. A few of those could have meant 11 wins. Even if it failed you'd at least have them on tape to help develop them. Many other coaching mistakes, primarily failure to adjust when nothing works.

3) One main difference between AR12 & TB12 has been practice. Tom said he'd give new WRs all the reps they needed. If AR had been fired up to practice would fans be behind him instead of wanting to run him off? If JL10 will do this and AR12 won't that's enough to make all the difference in the world. Personally I don't think we've seen AR decline, we've seen injury. If he'd "go all in" including this element that'd be huge! This was needed in 2020, and every year since. It will be this year, too.

AR knows his contract needs to be downgraded. If he were willing to play for $20MM and got the other stars to would that fix everything? I'd love to see both AR and JL as Packers next year, Idk if that's in any way possible. Trading AR12 means they need a backup QB and reduces any possible benefit.
