A little off topic, but did anyone else notice the one Bears offensive play in the 2nd quarter where Fields faked a handoff, then made a little shovel pass to Kmet? It was a really clever play design that gained 4-5 yards at midfield. This morning I was watching highlights from the first Packers-Bears matchup this season, and realized that play was what the Packers ran to get their first TD--a little shovel pass to Lazard at the goal line. Seemed like the Bears offense borrowed a lot of the "illusion of complexity" philosophy to get themselves rolling in the first half of the game?
