Four Packers Ranked in PFF Top 50 Entering 2021

PFF grading tends to be a hot button issue on certain corners of the football-focused internet, but there's no denying they put in the time grinding tape. And apparently, that tape reveals the Packers have some of the best talent in the game.

If last year's numerous Pro Bowl and All Pro selections didn't already establish this fact, it's only reinforced by the release of PFF's rankings of the top 50 players in football entering 2021, which features four Packers, all of whom are in the top 15.

Those players are:

-WR Davante Adams (#5)
-QB Aaron Rodgers (#10)
-CB Jaire Alexander (#14)
-OT David Bakhtiari (#15)

To have four players ranked so highly is quite impressive. The Packers have a number of other players who could be considered among the best in the league at their respective positions, including edge rusher Za'Darius Smith, nose tackle Kenny Clark, running back Aaron Jones and kicker Mason Crosby.

Regardless of what happens with the ongoing Aaron Rodgers situation, there's no denying this is a Packers team that is absolutely loaded with talent yet again entering the upcoming season. And even if Jordan Love is lining up at quarterback, that should mean the expectation is a playoff berth at minimum.

Tim, I'm not sure if you can increase my monthly wages like many of the other posters, but you are increasing my expectations for the upcoming season. GPG!

Packers have 4 of the PFF's top rated players on their roster. No other team has more than 2.
Pretty impressive.

Maybe the Packers aren't a garbage team without Rodgers.

IIRC, I read that KC has four in the top 20.

Saints have 5.

Packers, Chiefs and 49ers have 4 each.

My mistake, you guys are right.

THe Article I read was specific to the top 15. All four of the Packers players are top 15, no other team has more than 2 in the top 15.

In any case, Ted and Gute assembled a pretty good roster and Matt's making it work.

Your point is still good. The Packers have more candidates for top 100 consideration in Clark, Z, Amos, Savage, Jones, and Jenkins might squeeze in as well.
